Houston, Texas -Texas Southern kept its win streak alive with a 2-0, 6-5 series sweep of Grambling. Marcus Winder was the winning pitcher in the first game, pitching a one-hit gem with nine strikeouts. Stephen Cotton had a strong day with a 2-3 performance. Ahmad Hill was 2-2 with a RBI.

Gary Fruge hit the game winning home run in the bottom of the seventh for the 6-5 second game victory. Fruge finished the day 2-4 with three RBI's. David Bell added a 2-7 performance. Terry Burrell pitched 2 1/3 innings for the victory. The series sweep capped off a 4-0 weekend for TSU.

Texas Southern will face Wiley, 1 p.m., March 28, at McGregor Park-Neagle Field.
