Dear Sirs:

1. I do not understand why you have sent me the Document identified as FTB 4600 MEO C3 (REV 08-1999), 460000311198, Dated 12/13/1999, in the name T M THORNHILL III. This Document is so indefinite and unclear that I cannot determine what or which Fictitious Entity it is really addressed to, so I am returning it marked "Refused for Cause: misnomer, misaddressed, unsigned".

2. I have no knowledge of where, or even if, the Fictititous Entity THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resides or Exists.
I have reason to believe that I do not physically live in or legally Reside within the Fictitious Entity THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
I no longer have any reason to believe that I have or should have any legitimate business relations with said Fictitious Entity.

3.a. So far as I have been able to determine, "T M THORNHILL III" is a Fictitious Entity created by procuration by some bank back East for its own internal purposes.
I have no reason to believe that the Fictitious Entity "T M THORNHILL III" has any legitimate Nexus whatsoever within THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
To the best of my knowledge, I am not the Attorney, nor the Accountant, nor any other legal Representative for the Fictitious Entity "T M THORNHILL III".

3.b. So far as I have been able to determine, the Fictitious Entity [IDENTITY MODULE] "226666234THOR" was created by procuration by THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE for its own internal purposes.
I have no reason to believe that the Fictitious Entity "226666234THOR" has any legitimate Nexus whatsoever within THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
To the best of my knowledge, I am not the Attorney, nor the Accountant, nor any other legal Representative for the Fictitious Entity "226666234THOR".

3.c. So far as I have been able to determine, "226-66-6234" is a Fictitious Entity created by procuration by THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION for its own internal purposes.
I have no reason any longer to believe that the Fictitious Entity "226-66-62343" has any legitimate Nexus whatsoever within THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
To the best of my knowledge, I am not the Attorney, nor the Accountant, nor any other legal Representative for the Fictitious Entity "226-66-6234".
