ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL NOTICE REQUESTED

1. I am an unmarried, natural born, Adult white Man currently living in California. I have personal knowledge of and am a competent witness in matters concerning my own financial private affairs.

2. I am not a licensed Attorney; I do not "represent" anyone. I procede in good faith in my own right.
I have no known legitimate tax liability to either the United States or the State of California for the tax year 1998.
I reserve the God-given and Constitutionally-protected right to defend myself and my property to the fullest possible extent allowed by the Constitutions, the laws, and the statutes of both the United States and of California.

3. I was not married during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

4. I was not knowingly the fiduciary for any person, corporation, or other legal entity during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

5. I was not knowingly the guardian for any person, corporation, or other legal entity during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

6. I was not knowingly the receiver for any person, corporation, or other legal entity during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

7. I was not knowingly a corporation sole, nor an officer nor the authorized legal representative for such a corporation sole during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

8. I was not knowingly doing business in California during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

9. I was not knowingly an employee or officer of THE UNITED STATES during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

10. I was not knowingly an employee or officer of THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove that I was.

11. I had no known tax liability to either THE UNITED STATES or THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA during tax year 1998 and I do not believe that THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD can prove by competent evidence that I did have such a liability.

I Declare, under the penalties provided for the crime of Perjury in the Law of the united States of America and in the Law of California, that I have read the foregoing and that it is true and accurate.
