Advanced Instructional Strategies
Dr. Hirtle,
This class, being the first curriculum class that I have taken in 23 years, was indeed a learning experience for me. Although many of the concepts I have practiced in the past it was great to understand these concepts from a deeper perspective, one rooted in theory rather than just simply application.. The exploration of the concepts of the brain research and problem based learning were both exceptional learning experiences for me, and although this class was very difficult to keep up with because of the volume of work, and I am very happy that it is over, only because I am totally exhausted, I learned a tremendous amount. Much of what I learned was from the interaction with my peers and in the following portfolio I will try to exemplify my learning specifically related to the PPR Competencies. I thank you for the opportunity to experience so many learning opportunities.
