At the GRCC Regional Specialty, Winter takes 2nd in his Jr. Puppy Dog class to Judy Taylor's Giltedge Traveller "Gulliver" who goes on to take BPISS under breeder-judge Christine Pollender.

Winter gets his first Best Puppy in Breed from Australian judge Carmen Kingston at the Pine Ridge Kennel Club shows.

At the Georgina K. & O. C. show, Winter wows them by going Winner's Dog, Best of Winners, and Best of Breed/Best Puppy over Specials and Open dogs. He was owner handled for this 5 point win What a way to start his championship!!! Breeder, Nancy Fieder, and I are extremely proud of him!

Winter earns his second JH leg at the York Retriever Field Trial Club test.

Winter earns his third qualifying leg and a "cushion" leg for his Junior Hunter at the GRCGT tests. He's a JH now!

Winter completes his Canadian Championship at the Guelph KC show in Fergus, Ontario by going Winner's Dog under Swedish judge G. Bodegard. No more Reserves!!!

Winter goes BOB at the Markham KC show. He goes on to make the cut in Sporting Group!
August 31-September 3, 2006
Winter goes to New York state for the GRCA Eastern Regional Specialty. He makes the cut in Open Dog both days under breeder judges Michael Faulkner and Nancy Talbott, and on Sunday earns his American WC!

Breeder-judge M. Holm-Hansen (Tallygold, Denmark):Judge's Award of Merit and 1st in Field Dog class. He also qualifies in obedience. GRCQ Regional 1st in Field Dog again. On Monday at the working test he qualifies in WCI and in doing so wins the Nan Gordon Memorial Trophy for versatility.
