For those that actually read this newsie, I thank you. If you're new to my site than I hope you check it out and participate in some way. Remember, not everyone that participates has to live in Tulsa. There are things for those to do from a distance. My newsies are not your regular newsies. I use the newsies as the Latest (short term) updates page. I also manage to put some sort of Hanson good into them too. By viewer request, I will be taking down all of the background pictures from my site. There's no need to freak out, I'm putting them in a Yahoo picture album so you will still have access to them. Just click on the Picture page. For those of you that have been to my site, you are not going nuts, the Home page has changed. April 5, I was trying to change the backgrounds from pictures to solid colors and I ended up having to completely redo the Home page. It looks a little better now. Not so formal but I still need to do something about the logo. Since I haven't been able to come up with another logo that I like, I'll see if you guys can come up with one. That's right. Make up a logo, using the Tulsa HITZ JAMZ RiverFest 2001 pictures, and send it to me. The one that I like the best will be the new Tulsa HITZ JAMZ logo. Now don't get discouraged if yours isn't picked as the new logo. They just might be used as one of the banners. That's right, I want to have a Banners page for Tulsa HITZ JAMZ and you can be a part of it. Just remember, in order to participate in the Logo/Banner contest for Tulsa HITZ JAMZ all you have to do is send me, Joan, your submission(s). You can make up as many as you'd like. It's just a collection of quotes by Hanson about the new album, partial new song lyrics. I just discovered this site yesterday so I'm still exploring. Explore for yourself. Have fun with it. There's A LOT of news about Vanessa Carlton. Apparently, Vanessa is friends with Michelle Branch. So, that's the only Hanson "link" to Vanessa. Anyhow, Vanessa's debut album, Be Not Nobody, will be released on Tuesday, April 30, 2001. Vanessa's first single off of Be Not Nobody is "A Thousand TMiles".
