Tundra Park Betty Boo has competed at the California Dressage Society Norcal Jr Championships in August 09 and placed 6th overall. Well done to Annie & Boo.

We finally made it to Brisbane for the Royal 09 for Madalyn's rider class 8yrs & U10yrs where she had success placing 2nd in a strong class of 25 riders. Maddi was kindly loaned Casabella Magic Moment from Gina & Zoe Doulis. Photo right

News from the USA that Tundra Park Betty Boo has secured 2 qualifying scores for the California Dressage Society Championships  they just need 1 more  to compete in August.

Hopefully in August 09 we will head back to Brisbane to attend the EKKA as Madalyn has kindly been offered a pony to ride for her rider class.

All the ponies are turned out now for a few short weeks for Maddi & Taylah to concentrate riding the young ponies that have just been broken in.

Taylah & TP Story Book went over to Warragul with her team members from her pony club Berry's Creek to the zone games on the 26th April 09 to place 5th overall which was a fantastic effort as Berry's Creek has not had a team in the zone games for many years. Although the weather was terrible a good day was had by all.

Taylah & Madalyn went over and competed at the GRPG APSB Activity Day on the 19th April 09, they both had a fantastic day out with Taylah placing consistently 3rd all day on TP Story Book and with Madalyn winning the overall section for her age group on Kalang Blue Moon, with November Rain going out for the first time since foaling last year to place in all activities for the day.

Madalyn rode Tapu Manhattan kindly loaned by Raelene & Taylor Brown for her rider class for Vas Saddle Horse Championships 09 to place 6th in her age group   8 & under 10 years.  (Maddi & Elvis below)

We headed off to Bendigo for the APSB Vic Stud show for the weekend, followed by  Melbourne Summer Royal & VAS in January it was a very tiring 2 weeks but a lot of fun was had. Both the ponies placed at both shows in there respective classes.

We have started our show season off now with Maffra Ag. being the first one. Austin won his led hunter class & carried Taylah to nice placing in her rider class. Madalyn finished the day off nicely with Reserve Champion Junior rider.

We have had 2 lovely foals this season (see the foals page) both born on the 4th of October within hours of each other. We were very fortunate to get a filly & a colt. Both yet to be named.

Taylah & Madalyn both competed at their very first short course at Tarwin Lower with Taylah placing 3rd overall in the Gr 5 section.

Renrut Park Austin Powers has come to join our family for our eldest daughter Taylah to ride & enjoy. They will hopefully make it into the hunter rings this year.

Tundra Park Betty Blossom has been sold to a family in NSW we would like to wish them all the best with her in the future.

Madalyn & her pony November Rain won the achievement award for 2007 for "Childs Part Bred Pony" with the APSB Vic branch, she was awarded with a beautiful rosette & trophy.

Both our girls Taylah & Madalyn competed at their very first dressage day at the local pony club on the 13th April with great success. Taylah won her first  test and placed 4th in the second one & Madalyn won her first test & placed 3rd in the other.

We competed at the Melbourne Summer Royal with our Australian Pony mare Kalang Blue Moon placing 4th in a strong class and Madalyn competed in the Pony Club class' and won the Smartest on Parade under 9yrs & placed 3rd in her Rider Class under 9yrs.

We competed at the Korumburra Agricultural show in February with Madalyn having some success she won Champion Pony Club Rider under 13yrs and Reserve Champion Junior Rider in the open.

Tundra Park Fairy Lights has been sold to SA we wish her new owners all the best with her in the future.

We ventured up  to  compete at the  Brisbane Royal 2007 where Madalyn rode Kolbeach Surprise kindly loaned by Alecia and Cody Baird in her rider and placed 3rd. Pictured below with Cameron
