Our members have liberally contributed to the Rotary Foundation Funds. We had three Paul Harris Fellows, one person left the Club. There are ten Paul Harris / Rotary Foundation Sustaining Members. Please see the side bar for the list. The Club was awarded Rotary Foundation Recognition for the highest per capita contribution in 1994-95. |
GSE Teams |
Our members take keen interest in coordinating the vocational visits of the incoming GSE Team members, hosting and entertaining them. They have also worked as District Coordinators from time to time. PP. Dr. K.G. Radhakrishnan was the District Coordinator in 1994-95 and PP. Dr. J.M.I. Sait was a member of the GSE Team Selection Committee in 1999-2000. |

In 1997-98 PP. Dr. J.M.I. Sait was nominated by the District Governor a member of the District Committee for the Celebration of Rotary Centenary in 2005, charged with the responsibility for making advance arrangements. |

All the members take keen interest in the Pulse Polio Programme. Under the chairmanship of PP. L. Ramesh Babu, we conduct, every year, 4 immunization booths. They are wholly managed by our members assisted by our partners in service. |

UN Day |
Every year the Club celebrated the UN Day as a part of its Charter Presentation anniversary on 23 October, to commemorate UN peace initiatives. |
