So player, you wish to learn the rules and join the adventure? Then..... Welcome To The Edge of the Realms

A novice player is simply one who has never played by the rules of 3rd Edition Dungeons and Dragons online or a player who does not have the books or ability to create their own sheet. Novice players will need a game mentor to help guide them in our gaming group. Please note that by requesting a pre-generated character or continuing to play you are agreeing to our rules and standards. You are also stating that you are 16 or older. Please read our Rules of Play including the Games FAQs before requesting a pre-generated character if you have not already.

Please e-mail The Lady Rogue with your request for a character and game mentor. Please include the title of the character you are choosing to play ( ex. Human Fighter ) so she can match you with a mentor. Your mentor will do some of the following: - Help you to understand your character - Work with you on learning the basics - Give you additional information on your character class, race, level, skill, etc. - Guide you through the basics of role-playing online - Help you to get involved in story lines and adventures. During the time that you need a mentor, you will be allowed to play only one character. In the event of that character's death, you will be able to choose another pre-generated character to play. When you are able to play by the basic rules on your own and generate your own character then you will be allowed to introduce more complex characters or even multiple characters into the game. Novice players are limited to only the race and class combinations listed below. All of the information on these pre-generated sheets can be found in the Players Handbook. The staff will not create a custom or multi-class character for you. The only options we offer to players are self-generated sheets or pre-generated sheets. Novice players will be able to customize things like name, sex, age and physical attributes that do not affect the stats upon the sheet. All else must remain as is. The actual sheets will be included soon for viewing by clicking on the Race, Class name. Whether their is a link or no, still e-mail The Lady Rogue with your selection. Please choose one of the pre-generated character sheets to begin play with.
