The Shott never really wanted to become a TWF Superstar, but he became one. He returned from Saudi Arabia, where he had been living for 2 years with his family in September 2000 and had a chance meeting with his school friend Marz. He told him to see his then buddy Mr. BIG and see if there was a possible place for him. His tryout match came against a person who would prove a friend and a foe in the TWF, High Voltage. HV had just entered the circuit and the tryout match was one of the best going on at BCW, then known as Brynteg Championship Wrestling. Both were signed to TWF contracts and The Shott entered the TWF as 'Underfire', a spoof of The Undertaker, which took place at a time when the TWF was full of rip-offs (who can forget Mr. BIG's Rock Impression...). He was part of a stable called Darkness Rising, with Burial-Pac, or as he would later become known - The AshTaker and The Meanie...who is still scaring people shitless, however under the guise of The Terminator.
That stable quickly split apart and he made 2 appearances as No FeaR, tagging with Mr. BIG for one of those matches, which lead to the partnership being called Team No FeaR. However, The Shott took a short leave of absense to help form TECW with Marz. The Shott had since become a 2-Time TWF World Champion and the only TECW King of Hardcore.
The Shott shocked the entire TWF roster backstage with the announcement that he would be leaving in March 2004 to go to Blackpool with his family. The ENTIRE TWF Roster was up-in-arms and when The Shott leaves, the TWF will be without one of it's shining stars.
But, The Shott did not leave until that April, instead citing family issues he liked to resolve. For a long time, it was thought if he would ever return. He did so at Summer Break V and launched himself straight back into the TWF World Championship picture.
