Overall, The Robbinsville Twisters team had their best season yet with a regular season record of 6-1-3 and a tournament record of 5-1-2.  This was supposed to be a rebuilding year, but the girls picked up the new system well.  In addition to a more defensive style, (although you wouldn't know it by the 24 goals scored) the girls developed a strong ball control game. Hannah Binder and Tori Binz were awesome in goal, with smart and aggressive goal tending and great punts; keeping the Twisters in every game.  Fullbacks Valerie Suto, Cassandra DeStefano, Noelle Fahey, Rebecca Graessle, Nicki Ann Francisco and Dina Cifelli's smart ball movement with stalwart defense supported the strong middle.  Midfielders, Ali Valentin, Courtney Levering, Kristin Thomas, Agata Kowalski, and Jenna Garofalo were terrific passing and possessing the ball to keep the front line full with opportunity.  Forwards Christine Levering, Allison Whitty, Kristen Keegan and Madhura Berman were constantly threatening with good passing and excellent shot selection.  Its worth noting that Gabrielle Lipsack, despite her injury early in the season, attending almost every game to cheer on her teammates.  And of course the second place trophy at Cinnaminson, the first place trophy at Hamilton's Columbus Day tournament, and the 1st place trophy for Conference play were nice hardware to add to a team that was in a rebuilding year.
