The panel is missing the outer side of the sails but it may be what you need to fix your car or it may be better than the one you have.

Shipping

This is a large item.  It is better if you pick it up than ship.  I will ship Greyhound unless you have someone else preferred. This means you will have to pick it up at a Greyhound Bus terminal.  It is too large for UPS.  Buyer will pay actual shipping charges.  Shipping outside the US will incur export / import duties and extra charges.  These are billed by the carrier to the buyer.  I do not know what these will be.

Bids will not be accepted from anyone with a total negative feedback. Due to bad experiences in the past, we cannot accept bids from buyers with 0 feedback unless you contact us by email before placing your bid! We reserve the right to cancel anyone with negative or zero feedback who bids without contacting us first. 

Bid retractions: - If you make a mistake, your kid plays with the computer, or whatever, contact us first.  We can cancel your bid and save you from having a retraction on your feedback.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close or bid will be cancelled. Payment may be made by money order, certified check, or PayPal. No personal checks, please.
