Skill competition
We are beginning a skill competition each week now.  The member with the highest listed skill level in each skill becomes the marshal for that skill.  You can hold as many as you are able to achieve.  At the end of the week, saturday 12:00pm STD, which is the deadline for all updates to be emailed to me the marshals shall be named and the prizes awarded.  You have to be an Apprentice or higher in rank, turn in your updates on time, and do your weekly quota to be able to qualify for these prizes.  It is your responsiblity to make sure I have your updates, and that the T.O.'s mark down your quotas when you turn them in.

For the prizes that list magic items, armor, or weapons those are based on availability.  If the guild does not have the magic item for the prize then raw material will be supplemented.  The use of the soa for the leadership skill will be available once we have one in the guild treasury. If you are using/borrowing any of the prize equipment at the end of the week you must turn that item back in.  Or if you are planning on leaving the guild you must turn the item back in.
Failure to do so will constitute immedate KOS status and I will personally hunt you until the item is returned.  (don't make me do it folks, just ask about my rep.)
Prize List
The new rules take effect immediately.  The skills with numbers next to them are the required skills.  You must choose to join at least 1 of these skills and contribute the listed amount in items or gold if #k is listed, each week.  The will be leaders listed that you can turn your weekly quota into.  These rules will be based on trust, but this guild is going to promote itself and become a working guild.  If people are found online and not having contributed their quota penalties will be enforced.  Most of these quotas only take about 10-20 mins a day to work on, some take longer but that is because of that skill.  The same rules for ranks apply though, just meeting your minimum daily quota will not count towards your specialty guild requirements.  If you wish to rise in rank you must go above and beyond the minimum.  For hunters and fighters you can donate drops that you get while not hunting on a guild hunt for your daily quota and the drop based on its worth will count for several days worth of a quota, but if you choose to do this it will not be listed as a donation towards your ranks.
Tyr Officials you can turn quota into:

Fran

The skills have been broken down into these groups based on the usefullness of that skill in the World of Dransik.  The secondary skills currently have very little value in Dransik, but hopefully one day will have a greater importance.  The fighting skills have been seperated from the primary based on the explanation given on the status levels page.  The primary skills are the ones that will help the guild the most based on the current and immediate future of Dransik.
