Since Tyr is going to become a roleplaying guild we shall be in a constant flux of activitiy regarding wars.  The purpose of Tyr is to be a becon of good in dransik protecting the free lands.  Thus any evil guilds, evil people, or criminals within the borders of the free lands shall be considered hostile and open for attack.  Some flukes still exists where people can become criminals without real cause.  Thus for anyone you must first identify yourself as and ask them to state their buisness.  If they are going to retrieve their body from within the borders of the free lands then you may escort them into and out of the free lands.  Otherwise they are to be told to turn around and leave the free lands immediately.

Upon finding an evil or criminal person within the free lands unescorted and without cause once they are questioned, or if they refuse to answer and run, you may attack them killing them.  Criminals you may loot their bodies once you have killed them, but you must wait for clean loot.  If they return to their body and agree to leave the free lands they shall be allowed to gather their items and depart.  If they refuse to depart you may attack them again and the second time you can rekill so you may loot.  Criminals get one chance to leave the free lands after being killed.  Evil people you may not loot unless they also once they have returned to their bodies refuse to leave the free lands.

Evil guilds found wandering the free lands should know better and may be attacked on site.  If they appear stronger then you, you can try to call for reinforcements if anyone is in the area.  Noone is forced to help but hopefully those who wish to participate in the guild will role play and will help if they can to fight evil.  If noone is around to help and you don't think you can win you can warn them that evil is not welcome in the free lands and they should leave.  Do not be afraid to retreat.  If they are to strong then take a screenshot to get names and the guild so that we may take action at a later date.

Due to the nature of the role playing there will be evil parties that enter the free lands to oppose us most likely, just as we shall wage war on the evil lands.  But as in times of war you must be smart, do not try to take an enemy that is stronger.

Evil lands are those that are controled by the evil guilds.  If you choose to enter those areas or even neutral ares then do so carefully.  You will be far from safety of a good town.  Yes some may say that well good and evil people can enter both towns but they do at their own risk.  Because if they are caught in town then they will be stuck their for awhile because they will most likely be attacked trying to leave.  Hopefully in the near future the developers will see fit to help with this focus for the game and make towns that only good and evil can enter and not just divine.

*Until the Grand Council convenes these ideals may be postponed depending on the response from other guilds that may wish to participate as well.
The maps below are just an idea for now, until the World Council has met and decided on the current issues.

11/29/03
Due to the choas in the world right now these rules have been amended as such:
The guilds listed as hostiles may be attacked on sight.  Any other guild may not be under no circumstances.  Criminals may not be attacked on sight.  Noone may be attacked on sight, no exceptions, except for the guilds listed above as hostile.  If you are caught attacking someone not in selfdefense that is not a member of the hostile guilds or on the wanted lists then you will be reduced in rank for a period of 2 days.  That will be your warning.  If you violate this rule a second time then you will be removed from the guild.
*During mass battles it is hard to attack the right person so some stray shots may occur that is the only exception that is allowed for attacks on other players not listed as ok to attack.

In the event that you are pked, attacked, or such due to the high amount of chatter there will be new rules regarding the guild chat.  If you are under attack or have been pked, you must use these signals or noone will respond.  The choas the results from not knowing where to go causes everyone to lose time and patience.  So you must say in chat, "pked" then location, "drakkhen"  then number of attackers, "2".  Since everyone will be expected to have read these rules, the guild is not required because if we show up and you started the battle with a guild that is not hostile that will be dealt with as listed above.  when people are trying to help you and ask you questions just answer with a, "y" or "n" for yes or no questions.  When trying to help someone else for information please keep it to yes or no questions which are easy to answer while running.
