Because the Pakistani postal administration period was a temporary administration till the British take over the control of Dubai post office, Indian postal administration cancels continued in use during the Pakistani administration.

Type 6

Type 7

The last two types of Indian cancels, the bridged double circle inscribed “DUBAI” only (Type 6), and the bridged double circle inscribed “DUBAI / PERSIAN GULF” (Type 7) were used only during the Pakistani postal administration.
