Courses:
Recreational Pilot Licenses Courses approved by the General Civil Aviation Authority (UAE) conducted by the Umm Al Quwain Aeroclub under the instruction of qualified flight instructors.
Training is conducted on Aeroprakt 20 and Aeroprakt 22 ultralight aircraft.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 25 hours of flying;
  
• Ground instruction;
  
• No minimum age for training;
  
• 18 years minimum to obtain license;
  
• Charges: AED 450.00 per hour
  

• 1,800 meter asphalt runway (lighted);
  
• 1,500 meter sandy (hardened) runway;
  
• Microlight / Ultralight, single and twin engine aircrafts (rental charges AED 300.00 per hour;
  
• Maintenance of ultralight / microlight aircrafts;
  
• Gas for microlight / ultralight aircrafts;
  
• Spare parts, lubricants, accessories;
  
• Assembly and assembly area for kit planes;
  
• Aircraft parking (hangars);
  
• Coffee Shop.
