03.22.06  //: Misty :// ...I stumbled across some old footage of Tei improvising a rendition of Erroll Garner's classic, "Misty", one of the most recognized & interpreted standards in jazz. Legend has it that Garner composed the song in his head in 1954 as he was flying to a recording session, & upon arrival at the studio, was able to record it in one take.

The clip is kinda standard fare so pretty self-explanatory. A long list of words & expressions, often contradictory, came to mind when I revisited the footage, so figured I'd give it a shot to try & make something from it that hopefully people can relate to.
