Bio

Underscore began in late 01' as a three piece powerpunk/emo band out of great gilbert, AZ. Later on we parted ways with our bass player and found a new and improved model...THE GESSERT model XT 01' (or mike)...... guaranteed to swim faster jump higher and wack more efficient!! We practiced our asses off and worked hard, we played our first show on sept 22nd 2001, it was arguably our worst show ever!!!! Later that month we decided we wanted to exceed our expectations as a "punk band" so we decided to find a new bass player and put mike on second guitar. We then got our friend PJ to play bass for us. We started to get better and then all of a sudden the bastard decides hes too damn emo for us and leaves. But PJ is an awesome kid sooo we forgive him. On the same day that PJ left Our hardcore friend from Destined to fail joined our band. His name is Taylor or as we like to call him DEATH,TREMOR or epaveggie. Now we had the complete UNDERSCORE lineup! we worked our asses of and we started to play more shows, our first show with Taylor was on NEW YEARS eve at gilbert high school with a bunch of kool bands such as THE RECHARGEABLE HEROES,LIFO AND GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME, this show was horrible but fun bcuz we met alot of new people. We made alot of new friends and that leads us up to present day....right now we are writing and playin alot of shows.........
