Sorry for everyone who has been checking this site often. I know that there hasn't been any big updates for the past few weeks. I'm currently working on a new site which will be similar to Sickhead Promotions. I know that some bands and some people have sent me messages. Sorry! if I did not reply. Clearing Autumn Skies have now officially inked a deal with State of Grace Records. After having been in negotiations for nearly a month, the band and label finally agreed to a deal Wednesday night, which will launch the future of Clearing Autumn Skies. The California based label, which is a division of Coldfront Records, has represented bands such as Kill Your Idols and Time In Malta among others. In other news, Clearing Autumn Skies' debut album "Patent Distorted" is scheduled for a release on November 29th. Two new tracks from the album are available at www.4wallmusic.com/clearingautumnskies.shtml in MP3 format.

Hey there to everyone! It has been a week since I have updated this site. My semestral break has just ended and I am back in school again. Also, I want to tell all of the bands and people out there that I am very sorry for the lack of updates in this site. So for those of you (especially the bands) who I have promised to do something like reviewing your material or for the bands who sent me e-mail to promote them, please e-mail me again at paolo.lee@50megs.zzn.com. As soon as you send in your messages, I will follow up anything that you asked me to do. For the meantime, I am currently working on another project called Louder Promotions. Changed a little of the site's layout and added more features in the sidebar. The minor changes will be effective by the end of October. As of now, the front page is the only one with the new design. Also, I am currently having my exams and won't be able to update the site for a week except for the news section. After that, the site will be pumped-up and loaded with lots of new stuff.

Simplekill will be playing this October 19, 2002 at The Sportsplex in Coral Springs, Florida. Other bands include Bum Ruckus, Mr. Varsity, All That's Last, Yesterday and Stretching FM. Doors will open at 5:30 pm and will be for all ages. Simplekill will be playing first at 6 pm.

That's right! Order By Chaos will be playing two shows this October 19, 2002. In their first show, the band will be taking part in this year's Rocktoberfest which will be held at The Ives Estate Optimist Club in Miami, Florida. Other bands which will be playing include Calm, Scars Of Life, Deadstar Assembly and many more. Order By Chaos will be playing at 2:30 pm. For their second show, the band will be playing at the House Of Blues in Orlando, FL with bands Lunatic Candy, Kreep and Midst Of Zool. This show will be for all ages and doors will open at 7. Order By Chaos will be headlining this show. Tickets will be free for ages 21 up and $3 for ages under 21.

Avenged Sevenfold has cancelled some of their shows due to vocal problems of their lead singer M. Shadows. Here is a message posted by the band which was taken from their official website at www.avengedsevenfold.com:
"We wanted to inform you guys that Shadows has had some problems with his vocal chords from touring so much that after visiting a doctor he was told they would have to cancel a week of touring so that no further damage is done. So as a result, all the shows on the way out to Virginia have been cancelled and the band will pick up where the Mushroomhead / Shadows Fall tour starts. Sorry to the other kids in those areas we are missing. The band will make it up to you soon."

Rocktoberfest is almost coming and this years festival will be held this October 19, 2002 at The Optimist in Miami, Florida. Bands that will play include Never In Red, Sylvia, Inner Element, Shattered Sunrise, Sons Of You, Order By Chaos, MorissonPoe, Scars Of Life, Calm, Xeon Switch, Deadstar Assembly, Sith and All Is Well. Rocktoberfest will be an "all ages show" and tickets will cost at around $10. Don't miss this very great festival with lots of great bands.
