| Jorge's grades have been all "A's" through out 12th grade except for only one "B" in the first quarter. |

| This past Saturday the 11th of March, the Rowing team at Episcopal High School of Jacksonville won as the overall best team ( in both the Male and Female categories) Boys Varsity 4, Light Weight 4, and varsity 8, came first on their hits. |

| March has been an incredible month ! On Thursday the 2nd, Jorge was inducted to the EHS chapter of the Cum Laude Society On Saturday the 11th, The EHS Crew team won the Southern Scholastic Independent Rowing Championship in Orlando. This tournament is for the private schools in Florida . EHS competed against teams from Orlando, Miami, Tampa, among other Southern schools.The team won both trophies and many of the boys and girls got more than one medal. Jorge had 3 golds! since his boat came first on their 3 hits. |
| April will bring the City & State Crew Competition in Tampa, the Thespian Festival in Gainsville , and Jorge's Birthday one night before Prom night! |

| April is in full bloom... Today, April 22 th, Jorge's team took first place in the Light weight category at the city's championship on the Ortega River. As well as 2 silvers in their other 2 races V8 and V4. They had the distinction to ride on a new beautiful shell. They were honored by the presence of EHS headmaster Charles Zimmer and Mrs. Gail Zimmer who donated this brand new boat to the EHS crew team. It was a pleasure for the light weight team to take this beautiful brand new boat to the finish line in first place, while counting among the EHS fans the presence of Mr. & Mrs. Zimmer to cheer them this morning. To add to the excitment of the day...tonight is Prom night! So I will upload the photos from both events A.S.A.P. In other news... Davidson College sent us the news that Jorge has won one of the Presidential Scholarships. The 4th quarter report card arrived Jorge closed strong his second semester with all As, and A+ in all his AP classes, (report posted down below) On April 15th,, we had the joy of spending Easter weekend at Notre Dame. |

| May 2nd : We are very happy and proud to find out that Jorge has become a Mayo Foundation Scholar! Jorge is one of the 415 students in the nation to receive the Mayo foundation Scholarship award through out his college years. |

| May 4th : Jorge has been awarded the Certificate for Excellence for A P Literature & Composition at the Upper School Academic Awards. Thank you Mr. Valentine for all your support. |
