August 15th, 2002 -- 1.02 Patch is here!!
Some changes have been made in the latest WarCraft III patch from Blizzard. Go here for specifics on the patch. The biggest thing that the patch brought was the information that replays from previous versions of the game don't work with newer versions. There are some complicated ways around this, but for now I am just going to clear out the replay section when necessary. The first new replay from 1.02 is up, and it is a great game. Go check it out here!
September 2nd, 2002 -- New site design
I have made several changes to the site. The most obvious ones are fonts, layout, and style. I have also filled in/finished the Recruitment page. I love the way the site currently looks. In my opinion, it looks hundreds of times better than the previous one. Please let me know what you think on the boards. Thanks.
On another note, the way I am going to have replays availble has been changed. Instead of having a replay link for each person, I am going to have everyone's replays all on one page with the same content that I had before. Once the page fills up, there will be 2 pages, etc.
October 15th, 2002 -- The 1.03 Patch and UA
The 1.03 patch is out! It has made a TON of changes, both small and big to WarCraft III. Please go to www.blizzard.com for all the info on the specifics of the patch. Remember, all the replays of previous versions can't be seen with the 1.03 version of the patch, so the replays section is cleared of 1.02 replays, and will be filled shortly with 1.03 ones.

Now on the subject of UA in WarCraft III. I am lost. I don't know what in the heck to do. It seems we've given up on trying to make a clan here. Not only is Gan and Nez not taking the game seriously (they almost exclusively play only when I'm there to play with them), but we have no one else. Zealth has not only given up on WarCraft III, but he is now stoned over at Armada again, now aligned with WP, go figure. Sure we have met some "decent" people in our journeys on Bnet, but are they clan worthy? Probably not. If they were, would they want to be a part of a clan? Probably not. It seems like I am the only one from Armada that is taking this game with any amount of seriousness. And I don't even think I'm playing enough. What does that say for establishing UA as a known big clan here? Heh, nothing. Great. So, once again, where in the hell does this leave me? Just forget about UA here? I constantly see clans like "IN", "Crazy", and The-Feared getting buttloads of attention. Why can't UA be like that? Well, #1: Our 3 members aren't committed enough to making a name for themselves, by themselves. I hear things like "Oooo, solo is boring. It is only fun playing with you." Well I don't find solo boring. I find it extremely fun. I learn something new each game. My record isn't that spectacular IMO (36-10), but at least it's a start. Gan was doing OK with 32-16, but since the Orcs got correctly balanced, he hasn't hardly touched that account. Now, I do agree that creating new accounts just to put on the tag is silly. Unless Blizzard implements a way to "add" a clan tag to an existing account, the UA tag won't exist in WarCraft III aside from fanfare. Can someone please tell me what to do? I know I can be ranked in the top 200 with enough playing, but is that enough? And is anyone else with me? All questions that MUST be answered, soon.
