1-UA-1 Recruitment Information
To become a member of the Universal Alliance, you have to be a competent, honorable, trustworthy, and kind person. To be blunt, the best way to get into 1-UA-1 is to get to know its members through any means possible. Since there is no centralized "lobby" like in our previous game, Star Trek Armada, recruiting is going to go a along a slightly different path. Generally, new people are met via Random Team or Solo games. If one of our members speaks highly of you, you can move onto the next step. The next step is doing your best to play a handfull of Arranged Team games with as many 1-UA-1 members as possible. When 1-UA-1's member count is low, we expect you to play at least a game with all of us. After everyone else in the clan gets to know you a little better, a descision between clan members will be made on whether or not you are accepted into the clan. Once you have been accepted into the clan you will immediately create a new account with the 1-UA-1 tag in front of your name. You do not "have" to play under your UA name all the time, however, we encourage you to make your UA name your main one. Other options are having the UA tag just for Arranged Team games with other UA members while having your old account for other game types. However, the more you have the UA tag on, the better off the clan will be in WarCraft III.

Competent - To have fundamental RTS skills. Basically, you have to be a conciencious and smart learner. You don't have to be great at first, or even in the end, but all UA members must strive to improve on their play the best they possibly can.

Honorable - To be helpful, and respectful to not only your fellow UA members, but to ANYONE you play against or with.

Trustworthy - To be loyal to this clan, your ONLY clan. No clan hopping, jumping, skipping, or any other adjective to descibe moving from clan to clan or being in multiple clans at once. This will not be tolerated. The way this clan works is based on loyalty and cooperation.

Kindness - Just be kind to everyone you come into contact with. This means saying gg (good game) after every game, no matter how much you won by, or how much you loss by (I am aware that sometimes your opponent doesn't give you the oppertunity to say it, that's not a problem, obviously).

UA members are very focused, very strong-willed people. Don't be surprised if you see some of our members starting to be ranked on the ladder in a month or two. We're just getting started!

On behalf of the entire clan, thank you for reading, and we all look forward to competing with or against you in some very fun and competitive games! Good Luck!
