Ninjai: the little ninja
If you ever want to tell someone you were there when it happened, this is it. Ninjai raises the bar for Flash style animation. Only twelve short episodes (only ten availible at this update), about a minute or two a piece, and it's more than worth your time.

If you were hell bent on bottling cuteness and turning it into soft mini games with a lullaby-like atmosphere, I'm afraid that Ferry Halim at Orisinal beat you to it.

God Bless Korea. After the war they did what Japan did - got their asses into gear making video games. Gunbound is a worms-style game you play online for absofrigginloutly no cash at all. You can earn gold in game to personalize and enhance your "avatar" and there are more than 14 "bots" to fight with. Great game, warning: very addicting.
