A few hours before the tragedy of dam burst of Lake Situ Gintung, some seemingly messages for me had appeared related with my single status.

On Thursday night of 26 March 2009, Rahma appeared in the program of "Debat" at TV-One, with the topic of recent disputes about DPT, the fix voters list for Indonesian election to come. She hosted the program with Tina Talisa, each of them on the side of the two groups debating each other. Both of them wearing black outfits.

At the first session, Rahma was accompanying Fajrul Rahman, a political observer. His first name Fajrul is related with the Indonesian word "fajar" which means "dawn", just like the dawn time when Lake Situ Gintung burst a few hours later.

In the second session, Rahma was accompanying Arif Wibowo from PDIP party, one of the major party in Indonesia. The first name of Arif reminds me with a girl, my former neighbor whom I fell in love with on early eighties, whereas a few years later she married someone named Arif. It became a reminder for me that after my first failed to get married more than 27 year ago, I am still single now.

After the Debat program, there was Telusur, a program hosted by Shinta Puspitasari, with the topic of rape cases in Tasikmalaya. It reminds me that my single status could have caused me to get negative accusation as if I avoid a marriage because I prefer to rape someone. While Tasikmalaya reminds me with the word Tasik, which in certain Indonesian areas has the meaning of sea or lake. It also reminds me with my previous letter " Swiss Banks Problems And The Tunas Tasik", about my former experience of working at PT Tunas Tasik in 1983 which caused me to think that the meaning of Tunas Tasik was "a bud of water that turned bigger and bigger.....".

Meanwhile on another channel, Trans-7, at the same night there was another program of Bukan Empat Mata, Not Four Eyes, with the guests appearing one by one: Aura Kasih, Fanny Febryana, and Marcell Chandrawinata. The look of Fanny Ferbyana is rather similar to my neighbor, a stewardess, whom I wrote in my letter about "Meeting A Stewardess' Husband, Inspiring VP Candidate". As if to remind me that my single status could make people think that my not yet married for so many years is because I prefer to tease someones wife.

I thank them for the reminders, and I wish I can get married soon especially if the marriage would be important to help me move out from this world for the good of human being.

Subject:  A Surviving Mosque, Like Reflecting Rahma's Duty

In the lake Situ Gintung tragedy of 27 March 2009, among many vanished and destroyed houses, there is a two stories Mosque which survive, not so far away from the bursting dam. The mosque name is Jabalur Rahmah, and this is the interesting thing needs to write here.

Jabal Rahmah is the name of a mountain located in East of Mecca, which some people believe as the place where Adam and Eve first met each other again after they were expelled from the heaven.

The surviving mosque name of Situ Gintung tragedy, mosque Jabalur Rahmah, inevitably reminds me with Rahma especially related with my painting "Adam Eve Reunion", produced in 2001. Composition of Rahma on the left of the painting, holding my hand, is like the composition of mosque Jabalur Rahmah with the burst dam. With water in the foreground on both pictures.

Add with the shape of Situ Gintung that looks like a human, whereas the flow of water on the tragedy was like the flow of the human soul through the head of a dying man like I wrote in my previous letter of Shape Of A Flying Soul, makes this whole thing like reflecting Rahmas helping me to meet the end of my life in accordance with my consent.

As if it was a sign that the duty is still on Rahma to help me move out of this world, for the good of human being.

A damaged mosque is seen after dam burst in Jakarta, Indonesia, Friday, March 27, 2009. A dam burst in the outskirts of Indonesia's capital before dawn Friday, sending a flash flood into a crowded residential neighborhood, submerging hundreds of houses and killing at least 50 people, officials said.
