Salvation
Jesus said, "He who endures to the end shall be saved."
When the rich yound ruler asked Jesus` what he must do to inherit eternal life, Jesus responded, "If thou would enter into life, keep the commandments."
{Matthew 19: 17}
*Please Note: According to Jesus the way to salvation is the way of obedience to the commandments of God*
Jesus wanted us not to believe a mere confession of faith in him will save us.
He said, "not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord; shall eneter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."
There is no way around it, we must obey` God's will if we hope to be saved in the end.
"Without holiness no-man shall see the Lord." Says, Hebrews 12: 14.
-Salvation is a future reward for faithful Saints and we should strive to be found worthy to receive it. Any doctrine which denie's that obedience to God is not required in order to be saved in the end is not of God.  Therefore any doctrine which teaches that we are already saved cannot be required to obey God in order to receive salvation "if we already possess it" Salvation is the precious Hope of the Saints.
Salvation is simply this: We must learn to do as the Lord instructs us by the scripture.
The Bible is our *instruction* book! And we simply must follow what the scriptures commands us to do.
We cannot {reason} with what God commands us to do.
Just as Jesus` mother said, "Just do it". . .

Definition of endurance: The act, quality, or power of withstanding hardship. The state or fact of perserving. Continuing existence, duration. The writer of Hebrews referred to the Christian life as a race.
"Let us run with patience, the race that is set before us." Hebrew 12: 1
To finish the Christian race we must keep running & enduring. It is not enough to begin this race by having faith, confessing siins, forsaking sins, being baptized in Jesus name` & receiving the Holy Ghost (Spirit). We must continue on with the Lord!
*Again* Matthew 10: 22 - "He that endureth to the end shall be saved".
