*Tea Recipes*

~Hot Ginger Tea~
4 Ginger Aid Tea Bags
2 Piece (3"ea) Cinnamon Sticks
8 Whole Cloves
6 Cups Boiling Water
2 Orange Slices
Put tea bags, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, into a large tea pot.
Pour boiling water over & allow to steep 3 minute's.
Remove tea bags & steep for 5 minutes.
Serve tea in cups & float a quarter slice of orange in weach cup.
{Add sugar if desired}

_~Iced tea~
Brew 4 to 6 tea-bagsin a teapot for 20 minutes.
Do not let it sit longer than a hour.
Fill pitcher with ice-cubes then pour the brewed tea over the ice.
{Add a slice of lemon for garnish}

~Iced Tea - With Citrus Mint~
3 Cups of boiling water
4 - Lipton tea gabs
2 - Fresh mint sprigs
1/4 Cup lemon juice
5 Cups cold water
{fresh mint & sliced lemon for garnish}
Sugar (optional)
Brew tea with mint sprigs, strain or remove tea bags & mint,
add lemon juice, (stir in cold water).

~Sun Tea~
Fill a 2 qt, container with warm water
Add 4 to 5 tea bags (cover loosely)
Place in full sun light 3 to 4 hours
according to desired tea-strength.
Remove tea bags & chill
Add a lemon for taste & serve over ice.
{For loose tea use 4 to 5 tsp. tea with cold water}
