 I have great pleasure in interacting with every body associated in any manner with Civil Engineering and in particular with the roads and building construction activities. Having joined as Managing Director of this prestigeous Institution on 30th Sep'2003, efforts have been made to change the perspective of the corporation and bring about fundamental changes in the Work culture. Unlike other Govt. Departments,We have adopted the policy which ensures greater interaction with the clients and we try to provide customised solutions to the different class of clientel. |
| Since this Organisation has vast experience in the area of Building Construction, Road Work and other Industrial projects, we are in a positon to prepare conceptual drawings and estimates at a very short notice and in most of the cases the projects are taken up within a shortest span of time, after initial contact. Despite the fact that we are a Govt. Undertaking our cost is comparable with any private enterprenuer. We have eliminated intermediaries and have adopted procurement of materials directly from the manufacturers, thereby making considerable savings, this is the reason that we have been able to procure a number of works in stiff competetion with private builders. |
| Our Project Monitoring and Quality Control Techniques are latest available in this sphere. We also undertake Project Management Consultancy and only "ISO: 9001-2000" certified organisation in State for Building construction. |

| In the past 28 Years , We have done works to the tune of Rs. 30,000 Millions.In the year 2002-03,We did highest Turn over of Rs 2330 Millions and in the current year, we have an order-book of nearly Rs.7000 Millions out of which works of Rs. 2700 Millions are likely to be completed in the current financial year 2003-2004. The organisation has sound Financial Health and through the wide network of the Units, We are in a position to undertake any Construction Assignment at very short notice. |

Sri Yadava was born on 28th May'1946 at Distt Bijnore. He was graduated in Civil Engg and also did Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with Hons. with specialization in design of Concrete Structure, Metal Structure and Dynamics of Structures from Rurkee University. He was selected from Public Service Commission for State Engg. Services in 1968 and has wide experience of Construction of Building and Bridges. He is God fearing man, believes in completing the assignments in record time with utmost quality. UPRNN has been benifitted by his services as Joint Managing Director earlier. Before his joing as Managing Director,UPRNN,he was the Chief Engineer,UPPWD,Faizabad Zone.
