Star Trek: First Contact (1996)


After several rounds of drinks, Riker and Troi finally figure out who Cochrane is. They try to explain to him their dilemma and that they
are from the future, but Cochrane shruggs it off as an elaborate ruse.


Cochrane begins to believe them after his telescope is trained on the Enterprise in orbit.


The Borg finally break out of Engineering, invading the rest of deck 16. The medical bay's Emergency Medical Hologram is activated
to buy the staff and patients time to escape. "This isn't part of my programming... I'm a doctor, not a doorstop..."


Picard and crew prepare to go Borg-hunting. They aim to retake Engineering and puncture one of the plasma coolant tanks to liquify
the Borgs' organic components, thus rendering them helpless.


The team sight the first Borg on deck 15. Data: "I believe I am experiencing a most intriguing sense of anxiety..." Picard: "Deactivate
your emotion chip. Data, I there are days when I envy you..."
