There are several starfleet vessels associated with the USS Knight. These are listed here.
USS Jason
UFP Marine Corps registry vessel MC-1108-A, the USS Jason replaces the previous starship by that name, after she was scrapped in 2374. This Jason has a Starfleet crew of 80 and hosts a number of companies of marines, including a Battle Armor Company, and their supporting assault warpshuttles. The USS Jason is attached to Squadron Knight One, under command of Starfleet Admiral M'Botha B. M'Benga, who resides on the USS Knight.
Normally, the USS Jason would be attacked to the Marine Corps Deneva Base at Deneva, which is also her point of construction. Details of crew and capacity are forthcoming. The Jason is the nameplate ship for a new class of Marine Assault ships, called the Jason Class.
USS Ulysses S. Grant
The command hull of the Grant was decommissioned in 2333 and placed in deep space under reduced power, by command of her CO. The Grant continued to function for several years, without a command hull, before she was destroyed with all hands. Recently, the USS Knight temporarily grafted this hull to the Knight to carry a large number of medical emergecy and technical persons to key UFP facilities in the Venn Sector, from Terra. The hull is currently used to host a temporary Marine Corps training contingent in the star system of Dunnin's World.
USS Firedrake
The USS Firedrake, constructed at Alpha Centauri in 2260, is a Miranda II class science and exploration vessel, which has been on special services near the Bajoran war zone until recently. She is officially still in that zone, though she has been detached to form the third ship in the Squadron Knight One under command of Admiral M'Both M. M'Benga, who resides on the USS Knight.
The Firedrake is operated by a principally Alphan Centauran crew, with a high degree of Red Centaurans, including her Captain. She hosts 135 crew, many of whom are scientists and exploration staff, though she is equipped with the latest in Starfleet weaponry and sensors.
FF Dia'Urippe
This is a flag merchant of the First Federation, the 30,000 year old mercantile confederation which consistently maintains and small technology edge over others in the Alpha Quadrant, including the UFP. The FF is considered a dangerous potential opponent, and a firm ally of the UFP. This alliance was threatened when the Dia'Urippe and her six support craft came to the Venn Sector to investigate the seizure of several of her ships by the Knight One squadron, and came into direct conflict with the USS Knight. The Knight was surrendered to the Dia'Urippe, and Acting Captain Bridger was found guilty of piracy. He and his crew were released, however, and the Dia'Urippe fought with the Knight against the SS Fisher King, sometimes called the Merchant Menace.
SS Fisher King
Constructed in 2372 in Eminiar VII orbit, this huge cargo ship was a Q-ship, a false merchant that was actually a huge warship, apparently under joint control of the criminal cartel called the Combine, and the secret society of telekinetics called the Psions. The SS Fisher King attempted to set the First Federation and the UFP against each other, by manipulating the FF Dia'Urippe into battle with the USS Knight.
The massive weapons advantages nearly destroyed both FF and UFP ships, and only the intervention of a Romulan force under command of Tomalok and summoned by Ambassador Relin Campel Yanek enabled the ships to survive. The Fisher King was destroyed, and jointly examined for evidence of the Psion and Combine conspiracies.
