Personality
Profile: Robert J. Millwood is a
very hard working individual who knows no limits but his
own. He is a driven man who will not rest until his task,
whatever it may be, is complete. He has strictly based
himself on a code of conduct that is a mix of Federation
law, Marine order and his own morals. I have found Robert
to be a bit stiff at first, but once you get to know him
better, he becomes a very friendly person who will even
occasionally crack a joke. Robert does have a tendency to
get in trouble with his personal life. As long as I have
known him, he has never put family in front of duty. This
can be troubling for many people, but as his sister I am
use to it. I don't think he will ever marry and I know
that troubles him. In relationships, Robert is an old
fashioned romantic. He will only attend social engagements
when he is invited and will never invite himself. He
usually stays to himself and is rather quiet unless there
is someone who he is really comfortable being around.
Robert used to have major behavioral problems... these
were dealt with when he was a marine and now he has a zero
tolerance for troublemakers. In battle, he can get
out-right maniacal, that comes with his old marine
training. He is always confident and will usually jump
into a fight but as he has matured he has grown a little
bit wiser and a little bit more of a senior officer.

Personal
History:
Robert James Millwood was born in Naples, Florida on March
2nd 2340 to Edward and Diane Millwood. As a
young child Robert was big for his age. He was also strong
and big boned. This would prove beneficial in the future,
but at the time Robert was often picked on for his size.
Despite being picked on, Robert was a very bright child
with a large imagination. He was an artist and learned how
to play piano and also began taking voice lessons. In 2343
Robert’s brother, Josh Austin Millwood was born. Josh
was born weak because of a disease he had and was crippled
with it for the rest of his life. At an early age he went
under the wing of his older brother for protection.
In 2346, Robert entered grade school. He attended a number
of different schools because of behavioral problems and
because his family moved a lot. In 2350, the Millwood’s
finally made Jacksonville Florida their home after brief
stays in Homestead, Boca Raton and Manalapan. The moves
proved difficult for Robert and his brother, but the two
held on because they still had one another. In 2348 Robert
and Josh were given a sister, Rachel was her name. She was
a bright young girl, and unlike Josh, she was totally
healthy. She often stuck around Robert, which made him
angry. Robert had become a bully by his last year in grade
school, after a fight he was expelled from school. His
Parents decided to send him to private school in hope of
improving his behavior and grades. He found himself in
Rachel Garrett High School, and slowly his behavior began
to improve and his grades began to rise. He was a member
of the football team, as well as a leader in the
school’s Martial Arts, Wrestling and Environmental Clubs
as well as Vice President of the Student Government. In
2357, Robert graduated with a 3.75 GPA and was one of the
most honored members of his class.
At the end of 2357, Robert had a major decision to make.
He had become a good athlete and considered staying in his
home town and becoming a P.E. Teacher. His parents and
brother thought that he was capable of doing so much more
and urged him into joining either the Marine Corps or the
Federation. After 3 months of deciding, Robert agreed to
go to the marines. In 2358, he left his family and went to
learn the art of fighting.
In 2358, Robert stayed on Earth and began his combat
training. He was very good with a disruptor and very good
with hand to hand combat. The thing he lacked was
technique. Before long with the help of his instructors
Robert became one of the premiere Privates in the class
and was promoted to Private 1st Class. Robert
was honored to be promoted so quickly and kept working on
building his muscles and stamina.
By 2359, Robert had achieved the rank of Lance Corporal.
He was now beginning his space training. He was a master
of Zero G Combat training and was slowly gaining respect
among the officers. In 2360, his body had finally fully
grown. He quickly built up his muscles and was a major
athlete at the Marine Games. He won medals for winning 2
events in the games, these were Discus throwing and 25
meter Dash.
In 2361, Robert had proven his worth and was ready to join
a marine detachment. He joined the USS Anaconda, A marine
ship, under the Command of Major Xiam Zogoto. Robert was
promoted to corporal upon his arrival and became a Marine.
The Anaconda saw no battle in its first year and was
usually used for civil disturbances for the planets of the
Romulan Neutral Zone.
2362 proved to be an eventful year for Robert, he was
promoted to Sergeant and became a squad leader. His
brother, Josh, back on earth had graduated high school.
And Robert had his first taste of Battle, A Gorn squadron
of three ships had entered Federation space and were
unwilling to leave. They had taken over a federation
colony on Sirus B 7 and had taken hostages. The USS
Anaconda was called in with a task force to get rid of the
Gorn. Robert and his squad, along with other squads won
back the colony while the Anaconda and the rest of the
Task Force took care of the Gorn Ships. A few days after
this battle, in which Robert probably would have received
a promotion, a tragic event occurred. Robert’s Brother
Josh had died in a fire at the Millwood’s home. Robert
was crushed by this and returned home.
Robert was unable to stand the grief of his loss and
decided to resign his commission. He stayed the next 3
years with his parents and got a job teaching P.E. at
Garrett High School. His parents needed his help, not to
mention counseling, to make it through this horrible time.
Robert in the meantime went into the construction business
and made orbital habitats, he also used his time to travel
the world as well as the solar system. He also met a woman
in this time, her name was Claudia Williams. She was a
Federation cadet, only slightly younger then he. The two
fell in love and in 2365 they were engaged. After about 6
months however, things began to degrade. Claudia and
Robert never did get married, Claudia was transferred onto
the USS Illustrious and Robert never heard from her nor
saw her again. It was a very sad time for Robert, nothing
was going right for him. He was in his worst depression
right after his marriage was called off, he fled to Europe
and kept out of society’s way for a few months, he then
returned to Jacksonville and stayed with his parents.
In 2366, he and his parents had recovered enough to move
on. Robert’s parents urged their remaining son to join
Starfleet. He did so and was soon in the academy at San
Francisco. His first year proved difficult, as thoughts of
his brother still lingered in his mind and this troubled
him with his work. He barely managed to get through the
first year, but he was a strong man, an Ex-Marine so he
could handle it. Although his temper also came back in
these years, his behavior was fine. In his second year,
things proved much better. He flew through most of the
courses. They were easy because most of them had to do
with combat training. But when he had to hit the books and
study he did well. He had chosen his Majors: Criminology
and Advanced Tactical Training and soon he was in the
field.
The USS Franco was an Old Miranda class ship, it was the
perfect training vessel as Robert found out in the spring
of 2368. He took shifts being the Chief Tactical and
security officers. He also learned most of the starships
functions, his favorite of which was using the Helm. He
learned every nook-and-cranny of the ship and was soon
considered the head cadet for his major.
The next year, Robert and some a few other cadets were
transferred to an actual servicing starship. The USS Biko,
it was an Oberth Class ship which was used for
transporting Cargo. It was small enough that each cadet
was able to head their position of choice, a few officers
guided the cadets on this 8-month mission. The Biko did
not fight in any battles but did transport supplies to
numerous starships, including the flagship Enterprise-D.
At the end of 2369, Robert graduated from Starfleet
academy. He was ranked 5th in his class and was
given the rank of Ensign and assigned to the USS Van Buren
a New Orleans Class ship as a Brig Officer. His parents
were extremely proud and honored, as was his sister, who
was inspired and excelled in Starfleet academy as a
result.
Between 2370-2372, Robert remained the brig officer
onboard the Van Buren. He was very unhappy with his
position after the first year and asked his superiors to
find him another line of work which he was more capable of
doing. They decided to make him Assistant Head Security
Chief, because their old one had transferred. Also during
this time, his sister Rachel had graduated from Starfleet
academy. A year later he was promoted to the rank of
Lieutenant.(JG) and was made the Chief Security/Tactical
officer. He was very happy with his position because he
was now a member of the senior staff and was finally
moving up in the chain of command. He was so well
respected that his captain actually recommended him for a
very special mission.
In 2376 Starfleet approached him about being a federation
exchange officer onboard a Klingon ship. If he accepted he
would be given the rank of Lieutenant and would become
that ship’s Chief Tactical Officer. Robert accepted and
was transferred to the I.K.C. Re’cha under the command
of Migoron ech’. The Re’Cha was B’rel class bird of
prey, its mission was to patrol Klingon space and defend
the empire. Klingon ships are different then Federation
ships, and so are their customs. Robert had to earn
respect on the ship, he beat the former Tactical officer
in battle and therefore won his honor and respect, as well
as Chief Tactical officer. The Re’cha had numerous
dangerous missons, the most notable was the battle of the
Beltrana Nebula, a Romulan Warbird had taken refuge in the
nebula, it was damaged but fired on the Klingon ship. It
was the only major ship Robert destroyed on the Klingon
ship. He had destroyed others, but they were mostly
Nausican Pirates or Chalnan Body hunters. While on the
Re’Cha, Robert became friends with the chief medical
officer. His name was Judon, son of Kratak. When
Robert’s time on the Re’Cha was up, Judon asked him to
join his house. Robert accepted, the two became blood
brothers, it made Robert feel good to have a brother
again. Robert was now known throughout the Klingon Empire
as Robert son of Edward, Brother of Judon.
In 2377, Robert was reassigned to the Miranda class vessel
USS Volga. The Volga was a convoy protection ship. Also on
the Volga was his sister Rachel, she was now an acting
ensign and was head an acting helm officer. Robert was
promoted to Lieutenant Commander after a year on the
Volga. He was also given the privilege of being the 2XO.
Later
in 2378, Robert was contacted by a Rear Admiral Pike of
the USS Peacemaker. Admiral Pike offered him the position
of Executive officer onboard his ship. Robert accepted and
is currently posted on the USS Peacemaker.
In his missions on the Peacemaker so far Robert was
promoted to full Commander for his service to Starfleet
and his ship during the Cardassian Incident. Robert has
also helped save his crewmates from death in a holo-deck
outing gone wrong, and has successfully rescued Commander
Jaelen Pike and Ens.Stromgren from the Sukley planet of
Vesta. Millwood was then in charge of a rescue operation
of Jaelen Pike by the Sukley. He was partially responsible
for the destruction of one of the Sukley moons, but it
turned out to be Romulans who mined the moon and which led
it to its destruction. The Sukley government was restored
and Romulan influence was thwarted thanks to the
Peacemaker and her crew.
In Robert’s next mission things starting falling apart
for the Peacemaker and it’s crew. The Peacemaker had
received a distress call from an old sleeper ship and was
ordered to investigate. Robert was given command of the
Peacemaker (his first command) when Admiral Chirstopher
Pike was made unfit for duty because he was cloned. The
clone was sent back to its ship and went back to its
universe. Robert was directly responsible for the
destruction of the USS Vimy Ridge. Robert sent it on a
suicide mission and was able to thwart some pirates from
attacking the sleeper ship.
The USS Bokai mutinied and the Peacemaker was sent to
investigate in the next mission. Captain Pierre was sent
afloat on a shuttlecraft and was retrieved by the
Peacemaker. It turns out that a massive alien
‘sun-sphere’ influenced the Bokai and it was destroyed
along with the sun sphere, Robert was also promoted to
Captain.
The next mission took a more dreary tone. The Peacemaker
was sent to investigate a series of events on Galen III,
but Admiral Pike, Commander Pike, T’linda and Doctor
Parish all hijacked a shuttlecraft and head for Talosian
space… banned by the federation under General Order 4.
Robert took command of the Peacemaker and brought back the
Admiral. Commander Pike remained on the planet and the
Peacemaker was sent to Starbase 585 for the Admiral’s
court martial trial.
