Introduction: This is the easiest course that we could design. All you have to do is read through the text and then take the test at the end. When you finish one page, hit the next link at the bottom of the page to continue. When you get to the last page, which contains the test, answer the questions and hit the submit button when you are sure that all of the questions are answered correctly (you are permitted to return to the text as often as you need to answer the questions). If at any time you have a question or comment, return to this page and click on my name to e-mail me. You have 2 days to complete this course. Good Luck. I. The United States Virtual Air Corps is somewhat of a role playing game for virtual flight enthusiats, PC gamers, news hounds and just about anyone who would like to be a part of it. We train (virtually) for and respond to real world events that are going on as we speak and hypothetical missions that we feel would be interesting to do. At the end of our tours, or how long we are with one individual unit, we take this training with us to share with our next unit. Intelligence is gathered through the internet and other sources by our members and the individual unit commanders must disseminate it and put it to good use. Each member is given certain tasks to accomlish so that the organization can operate as a whole. If one person fails to do his or her job, the entire USVAC could suffer. We use Yahoo for most all of our communication and website resources because of its price (free) and the ability to log onto it from any computer. II. A 13C may be moving troops in the Continental United States one day and delivering food on a humanitarian mission the next. It is the duty of all pilots, however, to be completely knowledgeable of their aircraft and keep up with their currency training. Q. An individual can have more than one OSC. Your current job will be your primary OSC and your past job/training will be you secondary OSC. If you secondary OSC is a flying job, you will have to fly periodically to retain your aircraft currency. USVAC Home Page Next Page |
