The new windows which stored the data files will be seen. Choose data *.txt format in the name "SAR" which contains 7 nucleotide sequences of SAR virus (copied from NCBI Entrez) in FASTA. Then click on "Import" button to put all data of SAR into "ASSIGNMENT subdirectory. |

Click to choose 7 nucleotide sequences on right hand side upper windows. Then click on "Alignment" in the taskbar icon. |
