This will creat a file name "Nucleotide alignment" in "ASSIGNMENT" subdirectory below the # 7th nucleotide sequence and show results of global alignment in right hand side lower windows (either "Sequence View" or "Text View").

OR After choose all 7 nucleotide sequences in "ASSIGNMENT" subdirectory and click on "Tree" in the taskbar. The "Tree" windows will be seen. Then click on "OK" button to access phylogenetic tree.

This will creat a "Tree 4" file under "Nucleotide Alignment" file in "ASSIGNMENT" subdirectory and show phylogenetic tree in right hand side lower windows (either "Graphical Tree View" or "Text View").
