Type in "Hylobates" for gibbon then click "Go". Click on the name again, this will show the page like this. From "Entrez records" choose "Subtree links" of "Genome Sequences" then click on number "1"

From the page of "Entrez Genome" for "search Genome for txid9578 [Organism: exp]" then choose "number 1: NC 002082 Hylobates lar mitochondrion, complete genome" and click on. The data in GenBank format will be loaded, change the data format to "fasta" and save  to notepad in the name of "Mitochondrial DNA.txt".

From Desktop, click on "BioEdit" icon to open program.
