If you have
additional comments/suggestions about question #4, please use this space to
share your thoughts.
- Chapter
could/should coordinate with SD Texas Exes chapter. I’m sure there would be some overlap in
activities/offerings.
- Family
events at a park…BBQ, jumping castle, softball would nice..
Please tell us how
the San Diego chapter can best serve your needs. Include any suggestions for speakers or events.
- Provide
networking events/social outlets.
- It
would be great if there was some kind of San Diego MBA UT-specific job
posting site so we could start to develop the kin of networking and job
placement assistance reputation you see with Harvard and Stanford
grads. Getting an MBA is all about
getting a better job…period. If we
know about inside positions at the companies where we work, we owe it to
ourselves to let other UT grads know about them and get their resume
through all the HR blockades first.
I already do that when I can but it would be great f I had a better
way to find UT people who are looking.
- Keeping
in touch with local MBA’s is always nice.
Entrepreneurship and Real Estate remain two interests. Any opportunities for networking with
alumni with common interests would be nice.
- They
are a good group. The only thing
that they could do for me would be to hold events on weekends.
