We had a great evening of inter-faith music. Bahai, Sufis, Jews, Christians, Muslim, Sikh, Hindu-- all on one stage. The songs where in French, Aramaic, Sanskrit, Hebrew, Urdu, Swahili, Punjabi, English and Arabic.
We had a fantastic crowd of about 200 people who actively participated by joining the singers.In a very short time, everybody became comfortable with one other and there were ample time provided to get to know others. The lyrics were projected on a huge screen and audience were singing along with the singers! At the end of the programme a special song for world peace was sung together by all.
We also had a break for finger foods and interaction among the various groups with audience.
