responsibilities
One of the best parts of a JCSC Fellowship is that a good job description is fluid and flexible. Throughout my two years, we added to my responsibilities, and took away, based on needs I saw within our programming, and issues that arose in the community.

The job description is merely a starting point; a foundation upon which you can build a strong framework for engagement.
