Well..., last season was an experience for me and I believe that I have learned enough to have this season run more smoothly. I believe that better communication is needed and I am determined to have this improve this coming season.
But our small board cannot do this alone; we require more people to help!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Janet Klingensmith, Jeff Seeley, Patys Yamada, Trisha Bamford and George Steelman for their support and unlimited help through this past season. Special thanks goes to Chris Ferguson for all his help and input, and to all the coaches who volunteered last year. Please look and count these names carefully; these are the handful of volunteers that keep this club running. Now think about the amount of players that participate in this Club. Please consider helping in anyway you can to keep this club alive.
I look forward to the upcoming season and hope to meet some of you at the games. Players..., play hard, listen and learn from your coaches and enjoy yourselfs!! Parents, please give your support to the coaches and help this club by voluteering!
GET INVOLVED - - P L E A S E!!!
We need as much help as possible from parents. Assitant coaches are always in demand to help with practices and games. Even if you have no experience with lacrosse, we can use your help and you can learn the sport. In the past, assistants have started with youth teams and actually moved on to coach at higher levels.
Each team needs a team mother/father or several parents to help with administrative coordination (e.g. phone tree, snack, parties, and directions).
We need parents to join the PWYL Board, attend meetings and work for the future of the club. We require field managers, equipment managers and field coordinators.
SO PARENTS...., PLEASE PITCH IN!!
