| email of Friday, April 11, 2003 I rented a three-bedroom unit at Cypress Pointe in Orlando after seeing Joyce's advertisement/rental offer on the internet. After exchanging a series of emails with her, I found her to be very responsive to my questions and I developed the trust necessary to complete the rental with her by sending a check for the full amount of the rental. Joyce took care of the rental details immediately and I had a formal confirmation within a day or two. She handled the transaction very professionally and I would not hesitate to rent from her in the future. There were absolutely no "hassles" in this process, and everything went perfectly at check-in and throughout our stay. William Rathe |

| email of Sunday, June 29, 2003 This rental worked out just as promised! We received a written confirmation from the property shortly after sending payment to Joyce, and the front desk was expecting us when we arrived. The property was wonderful. It has lots and lots of open space, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The unit was large, clean, and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, and loved feeding the ducks. And the price was much lower than the big resorts. | email of 1/26/04 Joyce- I just wanted to say that even though things have been changed with the management this year, I am very pleased with our whole transaction. You have been with me every step of the way addressing and answering all my questions or concerns. My dates have been confirmed with Cypress Pointe and even though they will not send out a confirmation with my name on it - we are listed as the guest of the week in 2004. TO ANYONE who may be thinking of renting for 2005, this is a great chance to stay at a wonderful resort with a very helpful staff at a price that is very reasonable. My family and I have stayed at other resorts and nothing compares to Cypress Pointe. My family and I have stayed at Cypress Pointe in the past and are very much looking forward to our return trip. This is by far one of the nicest resorts with a great pool area and very convenient shuttle service to the parks. The staff has always been very helpful and the resort is very clean. | Kathleen has Cypress for the 2004 week. Since management changed, they won't mail out a confirmation though they always have in the past. (See my Experience Renting page.) They do put your name on their computer system as guest and you can call in yourself to confirm. Thanks Kathy for your faith and trust in me. You will have a great vacation! |
| email of 6/17/04 My family and I just returned from a wonderful week at Cypress Pointe Resort. I want to thank you for selling your week to us. Our trip was just wonderful from check-in to check-out. We had a beautiful three bedroom suite with an enclosed porch that I truly enjoyed sitting on and reading. The place appeared to have been newly painted and everything was so warm and inviting. We enjoyed a day at the pool and my sons enjoyed the newly expanded game room. The resort is great, we had plenty of room, the grounds are well maintained and we found everything in excellent condition with a friendly staff. The location is very convenient to shops, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It is just a very short drive into all the Disney parks, the Disney Village, Sea World, and Universal. There is so much to do that our week just flew by and on the last day we were all wishing for more days. I would highly recommend a visit to Discovery Cove to swim with the Dolphins. The facilities are just wonderful and well worth the money. It is also only a short 90 minute drive down to Tampa where you have Busch Gardens. We drove down to Clearwater for a day where my husband and two sons rented a private fishing boat and went fishing for the day. I highly recommend Cypress Pointe to anyone who is considering a vacation and thanks again for selling your week to us. Sincerely, The Monaco's |
| Kathy and her family just returned from a June week. She had mentioned that Cypress did call and ask how she liked the resort and also offered her $100 to take the 90-min promo. I just want to remind my renters that it's fine if you want to spend the time on the promo, but you do not have to do this. If you just say you are not interested in buying, Sales will not bother you again. If you sound interested in the promo incentive, they will call you back again. When Dennis and I go traveling, we do take a promo once in awhile, both for the incentive, but also to see the new ideas builders use when making a new timeshare. We just remodeled our bathroom at home and have installed a few ideas that we got from seeing new timeshares. Thanks again Kathy for renting the week. Sorry I couldn't help on a partial week for next year at Cypress. Let me know if you want one of the Dells weeks-- all 3 are still available for 2005 and 2006 and are in the summer tourist season.
