| This timeshare is actually at the Royal Hotel. A developer took 2 regular hotel rooms with connecting door and made it as one timeshare unit. You cannot beat the location for the dual purpose for the use of both the strip - 1/2 blocks away - and the Las Vegas convention center - 1 1/2 blocks away. These are normal size city blocks, an easy walk to the Convention Center versus a drive, and an easy walk to casinos in the area of Riviera. This timeshare unit sleeps 4. One room has the bed while the 2nd room is set up as a sitting room with a sofa that is a sleeper sofa. There is a tv in each of the 2 main rooms. The tv cabinet is also a dresser, and each room has its own bathroom. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave in the unit. This unit runs from a Friday to Friday with maid service everyday. This is a flex week so you choose the dates (Fri - Fri) that you'd like and I will contact the resort for availability and book the week. Only serious renters should contact me since I'd rather not cancel dates once they are booked. I would be charged a cancellation fee. I have some pictures and will be putting pictures on my website soon. This unit is available every year unless we use it. Check below if it is available for rent this year. We watched construction workers tear this unused set of buildings down last year (2004) from our suite window. The Royal Vacation Suites is not shown on this map but is is right across the street from Silver City. |
