| Another Day Here I sit, another day passing by, Without you being by my side. Waiting, dreaming and wondering why, Fate took you from me. Hoping for the day we would be together, And the end of these long lonely nights. Knowing this will not be forever, Helps to pass the time away. Another day and still the same Of not seeing your sweet face. Sitting here playing the same ol' game Wanting to be with the one I love. |
| The Sun Fades As the sun fades in the evening sky So my love fades As the sun rises in the morning sky So my love also rises For my love springs from A well deep within For my love resides In the depths unknown As I look upon the suns final glow A hope fills my heart Of a love yet unknown Of a love pure as gold Wherefore is thy love? Is a question my heart cries out The answer to which Is hidden in the ocean's wave Wherefore is thy love? The answer awaits A morning sun rising A new day dawning Today is not yet arrived Tomorrows never will So the sun fades on yesterday And a love that did not come. |
