Images from Nightfang Spire, January 2002,
by Eric and Craig
Bob checks the Combat Helper program he wrote.
Eric and the dice bag he bought from a former Carson City prostitute.
These Homies represent a troop of Garillons.
Casartes leads the way. He is the only PC who's name doesn't end with "n." The big scary guy is Ethan's Gwynn. In the back- ground, L to R: Griffon, Falin, Varden, Cirdan and Taliesan.
Taliesan searches a room.
Bob sets down his monsters as Kirk and Anthony strategize.
Ethan makes a point. Shot by Craig.
Bob built seperate sections of the Spire out of foam core. He painted the sections gray and scored the grid lines with an exact-o knife.
These pictures, shot by Eric, are from our
Speaker in Dreams campaign.

Kirk's game room, November 24, 2001. DM Kirk (far left) describes a warehouse that Taliesan has lead us to in the Southspur neighborhood.
We're on the trail of what we've nicknamed "uglies," violent, blind, gray-skinned humanoids responsible for several murders in Brindinford.
Clockwise, starting with Kirk: Anthony, Bob, Eric's empty seat, Curtis, Craig, Ben.
Curtis' Winnefred miniature, which he painted.
Griffon, Abdul-Gamal, Kaliq and Taliesan advance on the warehouse.
Bob and Curtis draw in the streets and alleys of the Chatter St. Market where we have set up a trap for the wererats.
Andrinor and Abdul-Gamal flank an ugly while Kaliq sings. The d12 is a Dragon Dice dragon representing a powerful female spellcaster.
Bob shows off his Andrinor paint job.
Ben prepares to attack in the warehouse fight.

The climactic final battle of The Sunless Citadel, Eric's dining room, April 2001. The adventurers challenge Belak the Outcast in the shade of the evil Gulthias Tree.

Figures are from my
Talisman sets. Tree is made from regular printer paper. Curtis did the goblins and printed the 1" squares on construction paper. Wall sections are by Dungeonworks.

Bottom group, from left to right: Magistgar, Andrinor, Griffon. Top: Taliesan, Winnefred, Sir Bradford, Belak, Fletcher, Casartes, Sharwyn, 3 goblin druids.
Setting up for the final battle. By far the largest room in the adventure, it  just barely fits on my dining room table.

Dragon Dice goblins, lava elves and dwarves represent the many plants, including twig blights, that thrive in the Twilight Grove.

Left to right: Jay, Eric, Kirk.
