Neck - continued

Notice how the back of the neck has been reliced as well. The previous owner did a great job with it. The finish is slightly worn in places and stained to look like real wear. Note about the tuning pegs: I like these Klusons WAY more than the standard fender tuners I had before. It makes it easier to load strings without poking yourself at the peg.

Notice the burn mark by the low E string on the headstock. This was made with a cigarette before I bought it, just like Stevie Ray's original neck. Also notice how the nut holding the strings is shifted to the right a bit. I'll have to get this fixed later on, and while I'm at it, get the nut fitted for heavier strings.
