Chapter 27
"Ok so you took her up to the overlook and..." Brian probed.
"Wait a minute, how'd you know about everything that's been going on? I hadn't even realized when I was tellin' you this, you know about everything else." Nick questioned.
"One guess man." Brian smirked.
Nick sighed. "I don't know 'bout Bone sometimes man."
"Anyway, you went to the overlook and..." Brian repeated.
"You know we talked and shit."
"And shit...shit being what?" Nick rolled his eyes as AJ came barging through the door.
"S'up?" He called, coming to sit next to Nick and Brian on the couch.
"Nick's got another installment of his deep seated drama with Keyana." Brian grinned.
"Oh yeah? Sweet, so come on. What'd I miss?" AJ asked anxiously, looking over at Brian.
"Well he ran into her at her job last night, real late. So anyway turns out she was still there." Brian explained.
"Wait, why was she there so late?" AJ asked.
Nick went to respond when Brian did.
"She had to stay late cause she was behind, normally the office closes at six as you know." Brian went on.
"Oh right. Go ahead." AJ nodded.
"Right. So anyway, he convinces her to go with him somewhere and he takes her to the overlook and that's where you came in." Brian finished.
"Ok got it." AJ announced, and him and Brian turned to look at Nick.
"Go ahead man, AJ's all caught up."
"You guys, this isn't a soap opera!" Nick muttered.
"In a way it is. Now all I need is some popcorn. Shit man hold up, Imma go make some!" AJ exclaimed.
"Yeah I'm gonna get some drinks. Hold that thought!" Brian yelled, jumping up and following AJ into the kitchen.
"You guys are jerks ya know that!" Nick screamed, slumping back on the couch. Shaking his head, he closed his eyes. Scenes from last night played over in his head as they'd been all day. She'd been so ready for him, so hot, so tight. Stopping had been hell, but he was sure of it now, sure that she was starting to feel some of the longing he felt on a daily basis.
"Ok we're ready."AJ smiled, he came back into the room holding a large bowl. He plopped down next to Nick on the couch. Brian followed with three glasses, placing them on the table he sat next to AJ.
"Ok go ahead." Brian urged, grabbing a handful of popcorn and shoving it into his mouth.
"All set?" Nick asked sarcastically.
They both nodded, mouths full of popcorn. Nick sighed. "We talked and I took her back to her office so she could get her car and that's it."
"Bullshit!" AJ smirked. "You can't tell me that you took her up to the overlook and NOTHING happened! You're a fuckin' liar!" He grinned.
Nick sighed and looked away.
"AJ's right, come on man. What's the big deal, just tell us what happened." Brian urged.
"We, I mean we just..."
"What, you just what?" AJ replied anxiously, shoving more popcorn in his mouth before grabbing his glass off the table.
"We messed around a little."
"Messed around, like what kind of messing around?" Brian laughed.
"If you're asking if we knocked boots then no. Kinda hard in a truck!" Nick snapped.
"Hard, but not impossible." AJ pointed out.
"You suck!" Nick muttered. AJ and Brian raised their eyebrows, Brian grabbed another handful of popcorn, lifting his glass to his lips taking a sip.
"What do you want to hear?" Nick asked, frustrated.
They both just looked at him, munching away on their popcorn.
"If it helps any, she was on my lap ok." Nick exclaimed.
"YES SIR!" Brian yelled, hi-fiving AJ.
"I've taught him well!" AJ announced, patting Nick on the back.
Nick rolled his eyes laughing, shaking his head as AJ and Brian munched happily on their popcorn. ********************************************************************
If she felt bad before, she felt worse now. How could she let things get out of hand like they had? God his lips were on her, and then his fingers were in her...Oh god this was bad. She'd never cheated on any of her boyfriends before, never. What was it about Nick that made her loose all her morals and all sense of right and wrong? Damn him! The phone rang, causing her to stop her self pity. She snatched it up.
"Keyana Johnson."
"Hey baby!"
Slumping back in her chair, she bit her lip. "Hi Shane."
"What's wrong honey?"
"Nothing. I just, I'm tired is all. Rough night."
"Aww baby. Look I'm calling to ask you to come over for dinner tonight."
"Yeah alright, that sounds great."
"Good. I miss you. So I'll see you after work then huh?"
"Yeah. See you then."
"Love you."
She hesitated only a moment. "Love you too."

Hey!
You won't believe what happened last night! Shit I still can't believe it. I took Keyana up to my fave spot and all this stuff happened. Jesus it's getting' harder and harder for me to control myself, almost lost it this time. But i think it's working. I think she's starting to feel something, not sure what yet, i still have a lot to do, so much more I want her to experience. Shit, I gotta go to the bathroom, mind as well take a shower too. Peace
