"Alright...let's hear what you've got."
Nick cleared his throat. "Hey baby."
AJ stared at him.
Nick swallowed hard and started again. "HEY...baby!."
AJ rubbed at his eyes. "Ok." He sighed. "When you say it Nick, it has to be natural. You can't try to say it. It should just flow. And you don't want to be overpowering, don't' scream in her ear. Softly...quietly. Try again."
Nick nodded, he lowered his voice, just above a whisper. "Hey baby."
"Better. Now let's try some simple phrases. Repeat after me...damn baby...you hot!"
Nick stared at him. "Come on AJ! I'm not talking about pick up lines! Besides I have to be careful, she's got a boyfriend."
"Whoa whoa wait a minute! She's got a man?"
"Yeah."
"Then what in the hell are you doin'?!"
"Nothin' man...I just wanna get to know her."
"By seducing her?"
"I'm not seducing her...I want to be seductive to her."
"That's the same thing you moron!"
"It isn't! I'm not trying to seduce her...I just want her to see me as seductive and ya know..."
AJ stared at him. "I don't know what goes on in that head of yours half the time."
Nick grinned. "No one does!"
AJ rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Ok let's continue..."

"So what exactly are watchin'? I've never even heard of it."
"Something called..."Dare." I've never heard of it either."
"Ok then Shane...why are we seeing it?"
"Wasn't planning on watching it." Shane grinned.
"Shane!" Keyana smacked him just as he caught her in his arms and kissed her awkwardly over the chairs. "Shane!...someone's gonna see us!"
"So, just duck down in the chair!" He smiled, as he pulled her down.
Keyana smiled as she slid off the seat and came up to straddle his lap. Shane pulled her down to him as he kissed her deeply. "Good thing we're sitting in the back." She laughed.

"Ok not too bad. A great improvement from when we started. Just relax man and think before you say something stupid."
"Thanks for the encouragement." Nick replied blandly.
"Look Nick, ya gotta be careful man. Things like this usually backfire."
"AJ I just wanna be her friend."
"Come on Nick, there's more to it than that."
"No there isn't."
"You suck at lying."
Nick sighed. "I just don't know what it is. I mean I saw and something in me just clicked ya know. I can't explain it. I need to know her." He didn't know what was wrong with him. Normally he didn't go after girls with boyfriends, but he had this thing with her. God he didn't even know her first name. Johnson, that's all he knew, her last name. He was in bad shape.
"You still with me?"
"Yeah."
"So you admit you want more than to just be her friend right?"
"No, drop it AJ."
AJ rolled his eyes. "You're hopeless man. I'm outta here. Give me a call tomorrow and let me know how it goes aight. Don't forget to try to be smooth. Bye." AJ called as he walked out the door.
"Bye." Nick mumbled. Why did he always end up talking to a closed door?
