Journal Entry #11
Today it's been a week since I've
had my bilateral breast reduction. I took some more
pictures for the after pictures (just bra shots). I
am so pleased with the clevage I have now, and
they're fitting in a D cup right now! I'm going to be
a CC though because they're a little too small to
completely fill out the D cup. I'm excited though,
the last time I was a CC I think I was 14? Anyhow,
I'm going out to dinner today with my sisters and a
friend of the family, and Austin and Frannie. I can't
wait for my sister Linda to see me (she's not seen
them yet).
Jerry's Aunt stopped over last
night and was totally amazed at how well I looked.
She still can't get over the fact that I didn't have
any pain, lol. I'm so much smaller now also. My
stepmom stopped over and she bought me a couple of
presents. She bought me a sexy nightgown (in the
pictures from today) for Jerry and I to enjoy.
Believe me, he does enjoy it.
Anyhow, I start back to work
tomorrow -- and I'm looking forward to it. It's been
nice to have time off to clean and re-arrange my
house. And of course, to do this webpage and it's
graphics....however, I can't wait to get out of the
house. Austin has swimming lessons tomorrow as well.
I'm wondering what my boss (a male) will say. He knew
I was having surgery, but I never told him what type
of surgery. The only person that knows is a co-worker
who doesn't like me too much, but I don't think she'd
discuss the type of surgery with anyone.
Feeling great today, have to put
some Neosporin on the nipple areas...I'm going to buy
a big tube today. I'm going to take my first shower
today as well, later on. I can't wait to go out
today, feeling great (and I know I look it). Well,
talk tomorrow or Friday.

Journal Entry #12
I've returned back to work (as of
Thursday). Things are going great. I almost popped a
stitch when I tried to put a flag up outside the
gallery, but that's okay. It hurt, I'll admit that.
Anyways, I have been working (and happy to be out of
the house and have some stuff to do). I'm going to
Black Bear Casino tonight with my sisters, two
friends, and Jerry (that could be fun). Hoping I win
back my damn nickles (giggle, giggle).
I spent most of the weekend
hanging out, drinking, working, and the usual house
work. Austin's with his grandma until tomorrow
afternoon, so I get a little break. Austin had a busy
week, he had a field trip at daycare on Friday to the
Park and out to eat and on Thursday he had swimming
lessons. Austin is part of a little group of toddlers
at daycare called The Grasshoppers. Isn't that cute?
The breasts are healing okay,
although on Friday there was massive bleeding in the
right breast where the nipple graph is. I called the
PS's office but since I have an appointment with him
this Tuesday, and there was no green fluid....they
told me to wait. Nothing hurts either, which is
another sign of infection. I think the area looks as
if it's come undone where they had the dissolvable
stitching, but that's my opinion. It happened at
work, but thank God I still had a gauze pad in to
prevent it from leaking all over my shirt.
No one at work has noticed or
even mentioned my breast reduction, not even my boss
who's a male! I didn't get any comments at all, which
is a little strange. . .but whatever. I've been
wearing my D cup bra now all week....even though I'm
supposed to still be in the surgical bra. I'm washing
the surgical bra tonight and wearing it starting
tomorrow, I guess.
Well I gotta go get ready to go
out to the casino and have a fun time *smile*.

Journal Entry #13
Last night my cousin from
Rochester and I took Austin to Louis' Cafe for dinner
(picture below). I feel great. I can run up stairs,
I've been able to sleep on my back, I can wear the
cutest little shirts now, and I even get to wear nice
little bras. I feel completely happy and fulfilled
with my choice.
This week had been a little
disturbing. I had problems with the nipple graph
areas, where the actual scar tissue was comming off.
I had been told this would happen, however to me it
looked as if the actual nipple was coming off. I
freaked out, thinking I popped a stitch or something
(since tons of the stitches have been coming out the
last couple of days). I had quite a bit of bleeding
because I did pick off some of the scar tissue
(because it was hanging there and bugging me, ya
know)? Well anyhow, the way things are healing you
won't barely be able to tell I've had surgery.
The nipple graph areas are light
pink, and once they completely heal -- I bet there'll
barely be a mark (just like my c-section scar). Same
with the actual reduction scars, they're already
fading and it's only been a few weeks! I can't
believe it. I'm one of the most lukcy women I can
think of.
Work has been going great. I am
not tired or sore at all, so I don't have to be
tuckered out all the time. I do get tired after I'm
done with work though, I've noticed a lack of energy
lately. I know this will subside once my body stops
sending all my energy to the surgery site to heal. I
hope by Christmas to have no sleepy feeling after
working a short shift. I'm pretty sure that goal is
obtainable.
I went to my appointment this
morning with my PS (at 11:30 a.m.). I took a few
pictures of the facilities (everything but the
waiting room, even his liscense hanging on the wall).
The pictures are available on the Breast Reduction
Surgery page (link below). I had to wait a half hour
before I even got in to my appointment. Once I got in
his office, I undressed and got in the hospital gown.
Dr. Webber came in and looked at
the nipple area and checked the inscisions around the
breasts. Everything looked great, he told me. Then he
gave me the results of my pathology test. I had fat
nurosis in the tissue, tons of scar tissue, and
grossly abnormal scar tissue. No sign of cancer or
any other problems. He said everything looked great,
and he asked if I was happy with the size. I told him
definately (best decision I ever made, next to having
my son). Then he told me he wouldn't need to see me
for two weeks (next appointment is on October 16 at
10:45 a.m.).

Journal Entry #14
I returned yesterday from a trip
to Madison, Wisconsin to visit my U of W-Madison
student sister. We had a freaking blast. We partied
(well sort of), and I got my nose pierced (yep, I did
it again). I use to have my nose pierced back in 1997
but after I got pregnant, I let it close up. Anyhow,
I re-did it (didn't hurt a bit, honestly). Looks cute
I think. Check out the picture below.
Anyhow, the boobs are great. I
get hit on all the time now by the oposite sex (which
was pretty random before the boob job). I feel much
more energetic. I even ran while I was drunk in
Madison (something I couldn't do before because they
always flopped around).
The scars and nipples are healing
well. The nipples are now a light pink, which is kind
of cute. My scar area is actually turning into light
scars......and I see my PS tomorrow, so we'll see
what he says. I haven't been updating daily because
not much changes day-to-day. The next entry will
probably be around the 19th with is my ONE MONTH
anniversary of the boob reduction!!! Wahoo! I feel
like I've had these new boobs forever.
Anyways, that's pretty much it.
Been busy working, taking care of my son, and being
with Jerry.....so I'll write later.

Journal Entry #15
I had to reschedule my PS
appointment because I was so tired that morning. I
have the appointment on Tuesday, October 30 at 11:30
a.m. That's late enough in the morning that it
shouldn't be a problem. I have a doctor's appointment
with my doctor tomorrow to get on the Depo shot, and
to get some help with quitting smoking. It's such a
horrible habit, I just hope that I can quit. You have
no idea whaat a big part of my life smoking is,
honestly.
OCTOBER 19TH WAS THE ONE MONTH MARK
SINCE MY SURGERY!
On Friday, we dropped some movies
off at a movie rental place. I got out of the car to
slip the movies in a drop box, and my entire back
started having pains when I sat back in the car. It
hurt so bad, I was almost in tears. I have no clue
why that's happening. I'm going to ask my doctor for
some weight loss pills. I weighed myself last night
and I've gained 4 lbs. I'm supposed to have my period
next week (I bet you really wanna know that huh?), so
maybe I'm retaining water?
I went out on Saturday night with
Jerry for dinner (his mom took Austin). We also went
to Boo At The Zoo, which was trick-or-treet thing for
kids. Austin was so cute (picture below). I had a lot
of fun, and it was so odd not having back pain
running up and down the hills at the zoo. I actually
had energy!
I start a new job today! I quit
my other job because of problems with the bosses'
girlfriend (long story). I work from 4 - 8 p.m.,
Monday thru Friday. I have weekends off, and I make a
$1.00 more then I did at my other job! I also get a
commission, which is nice. I have to take my nose
ring out though, because they're a "business
casual" atmosphere. Jerry's mom and grandma are
watching Austin, so I only have to pay $20 a week
(they only have him on Mondays and Tuesdays).
I have been getting a lot of
positive feed back since I've had the reduction. On
Saturday when Jerry and I went out to dinner, I wore
this black dress (that previously when I had big
boobs looked very slutty). This dress was so huge on
me in the chest that I almost looked like Jennifer
Lopez at the Grammy's! I couldn't wear a bra with it,
and omigod did I look good. Not to toot my own horn,
but I looked hot (hehehe).
Austin's birthday party is on
Friday, and I have to miss it because I have
training. We're having a family pool party on
November 2, so I will be able to go to that. I can't
believe my baby is going to be 3 on Halloween! I also
have to miss Trick-Or-Treating, which sucks -- but
what are you going to do? Ya need a job right? Well
that's all for now, talk next week.
