Living in Las Vegas 14 years was exciting
My father, mother, myself,
and friends at the Las Vegas
  Hilton hotel sitting ringside
invited guests for the Elvis Presley
hip shaking rock and roll show

I used to be able to do that
a long time ago

Little Richard got my friend Marty up on stage and       then he wanted me to go up on stage also, but I             wouldn't go. Anyhow it was a night to remember, lots    of fun. That was Las Vegas in the 1970s.

My mother, cousin and me at my home in Vegas
A friend of mine who was the bantom weight
boxing champion invited me to this great party
where I met all the  world boxing champs.
The great Joe Louis world heavyweight champion was working  at    Caesers Palace in Las Vegas as a Host (greeter) my  friend and I     got to know him. One night he invited us in to see the opening         show of Frank Sinatra. We had ringside tables. Years later when I   was working at the Golden Nugget I took Frank Sinatra around in   the Limousine, he was the greatest.

Hello Little Richard
When my wife passed away in 1973 my friend Marty talked me into moving to Las Vegas. He
and his wife LaVerne helped me to put my life
back together. Marty was like a brother to me.
LaVerne and I are still the best of friends. My
dear friend Marty passed away in 1985.
