An Ovo-Lacto vegetarian is the most popular form of vegetarianism. It is what I am. Ovo-Lacto vegetarians do not eat meat or flesh of any kind, but do eat eggs and dairy products. Sometimes ovo-lacto vegetarians eat meat by-products (e.g. fats, bonemeal, gelatin)

Macrobiotic Vegetarians 10 levels:
On the first level of ten, a macrobiotic vegetarian diet excludes all meat, poultry, dairy produce and eggs, but at initial levels may include fish. A macrobiotic vegetarian aims to maintain a balance between foods seen as ying (positive) or yang (negative). As the macrobiotic diet progresses through ten levels, it becomes more and more restrictive. Not all levels are vegetarian, though each level gradually eliminates animal products. The highest levels eliminate fruit and vegetables, eventually reaching the level of a brown rice diet.
(not recommended from a nutritional viewpoint)
Pescetarian or Pollo Vegetarians:
A pescetarian diet excludes meat and fowl but includes fish, while a pollo vegetarian excludes fish and meat but eats pultry or fowl. A pescetarian or pollo diet is perfectly healthy. (I started at this level)
Fruitarian Vegetarians:
A fruitarian diet is a type of vegan diet which includes a minimum of processed or cooked foods. It consists mainly of raw fruit (75 percent), fruit-like vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, cucumbers), grains and nuts. Fruitarians eat only plant foods that can be harvested without killing the plant.
