No, being a vegetarian is not a way to diet or lose extra punds. Vegetarians & vegans can go on on diets by cutting back on fatning foods like sweets, oils, cheese, etc. In a vegetarian diet you do eat less fats but its not a very comon dietry mechanism |

Not at all. Its really easy if you are seriouse about it. There are tons of foods you can eat and if you get cravings they pass and it gets easier and easier as you go along. |

Every vegetarian could have a difertent reason. Some of the more comon ones are: health resons such as less chances of canser, stroke, heart desease, high clorestrial etc. some religios belifes exlude meat from there diet. Vegetarians usualy find food to be cheaper if they don't choose to buy fake meats, milks and cheeses. There are also economical belifes, personal taste, fairness to animals...... The list may never end. |

There are lots of things you can do if you get cravings. you can, eat veggies, junk food, sleep, try faux meats, leave the table, think about what the animal goes through, call another veggie or a suportive friend, go online, basicly just get your mind off of it. |

Yes chicken and fish is meat. You don't nessisarily have to exclude it from your diet to be a vegetarian. there are many types of vegetarians that do eat chicken and/or fish. Check out my What is a vegetarian page. |

No, being a vegetarian or vegan will not affect your muscles in any way. As long as you keep up your work out and you researched enough to know the foods you need to eat for the right protein, iron and other nutreance you get from meat you should be just fine. |
