Useful resource for finding papers, but only a few of them are available on-line. Mainly concerned with the US perspective.

Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) (@@@)

Series de la Cepal are series of monographs, generally with limited circulation, containing studies carried out in the context of projects, meetings and seminars organized by ECLAC. The Series also include research in progress that will subsequently be published in books or official documents of the ECLAC secretariat.

ECLAC is doing very interesting work on regulation in Latin America, especially in the water industry. Regrettably, the availability of on-line sources is limited.

A very good page mainly devoted to economic regulation. It has a very useful service that delivers the most recent publications in many fields by email.

This link is an investment promotion service provided by the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency of the World Bank Group.

"PrivatizationLink is a service of the World Bank Group to deliver information on privatization in developing countries and transition economies to privatization professionals worldwide."

Despite this site does not have papers online it is an up-to-date resource of the trend in the privatisation of public utilities.

A very interesting site. Contains the on-line version of The Cato Review of Business and Government Regulation, and Policy Analysis amongst other sources.

A very good place to find leading works in the field.

The most useful articles are not available on-line.

A very good publication, strongly theoretical. In French.

Note: In France, "regulation" was adopted as a name of an specific economic theory (regulation theory). Nonetheless, in some approachs the "regulation theory" has its own rationale for the intervention in the economy.
